Hello Jean-Louis.
I have compared the eeprom's ST95P08 and AT25080 by datasheet and there is significant difference at memory addressing.
The ST95P08's read/write instruction has length of 1 byte and contains supplementary 2 memory address bits A9 and A8 (bit 3 and 4 of the instruction) followed by 1 byte memory address (bits A7-A0).
The AT25080's read/write instruction has length of 1 byte followed by 2 memory address bytes (bits A15-A8 and A7-A0).
So I think the problem is in different memory addressing. Selecting another compatible device in PonyProg2000 is not yet available.
