I have tested it and reading/writing to eeprom AT25080 is functional.

Is your baseboard wiring as on:
http://www.lancos.com/siprogsch.html#baseboard

and SPI adapter as on:
http://www.lancos.com/siprogsch.html#spiadapter


If yes, then it can be caused by non functional connection to the PC. Are you connected via standard communication port or USB to serial converter?

Is it possible to you to read/write data to another type of device (e.g. eeprom 2402 or so with i2c adapter) to ensure the baseboard and its connection to the PC is correct?
