Can not write CSI 93C66LI

Hello.
I faced the problem, PonyProg2000 v2.07c can not program 93C66 serial EEPROM.
I checked and double-checked schematic it assembled correctly.
PonyProg can read the contents of chip, but erase and write procedures fails (content remains unchanged).
I tried to write this chip in both microwire8 and microware 16 modes, with or without external power, pin6 of chip grounded or pulled-up, it stays all the same: can read, can not write or erase.
There may be problem in the software itself?
