While ponyprog not supporting this devices, I`m add support ATMmega164P/324P/644P. Use attached file. Please leave comment if it work or not. All changes made using datasheet from www.atmel.com.

Just wanted to report that newest version 2.07c doesn't work with AtMega644P well - on most computers I tried i doesn't recognize it at all.

Version 2.06g modified by virfis seems to work better.
Maybe his modification could be merged into program.

I'm trying to program 644p using the patch provided. I'm not able program it neither in 2.07 nor 2.06. Can you please suggest something. Am using pentium 3 , XP ,parallel port

Successfully upload code to atmega324p using the updated ponyprog. The code contains ADC, timer, analog comparator and normal port read/write. Everything seems ok BUT PC0-7 is not recognized in both read/write.

The Pony Programmer patch you posted works on ATMEGA 644P.

Will program fuses and flash - have not tried EEPROM.
