Thank you for Pony Prog.
I am very new in the field of Atmeg8,
I bought a programmer from market in kolkata,India.
but this is not connected by Pony Prog, probe test is failed.
the board is a prototype from avrmini rapid devolopment
board from www.sunrom.com.
I use WinXP, Win98 and Suse Linux.I tried to connect
the board from XP and 98 but failed all the time.
Is this a problem of my computer ( AMD 1800+, 512mb ram,..).

Are you bought it from chandni market? You can use proload soft for the programming purpose.
