Support for AT90PWM3

I noticed that there is no support for the AVR micro AT90PWM3. Is there a possibility to use one of the programs for the AT90Sxxx series supported or can support for this micro be integrated in your next release.

Hi! Now I'm looking for the way to program AT90PWM3/3B devices too. I hope to ensure PonyProg that it is some known device, with closed eyes to the signature bytes. What to do if Pony will not pass the unknown signature?.. I'll try anyway.
