I found this programmer( http://www.circuitsonline.net/circuits/view/112 ), I've made it, and I want to program an Atmega16 with ISP using ponyprog
I'm also using a 14,765MHz crystal

but I get the error: device missing or unknown(-24)

And I can't find the problem
Does someone have any suggestions?
Or are there some things that I must set?


I'm using win xp pro, at AMD athlon XP 2800+

Solved


My lpt port was wrong connected :$:s:$

Now I can program the Atmega16 :-)
