Ponyprog for USB

it's time to create hardware/software for new, USB-based Ponyprog.
FT232R/245R/2232/CY7C68013 are good candidates for USB-parallel conversion.

I work with a ponyprog FT232BM. ddeev.ru/polevoj-programmator-93sxx-93lcxx-v-korpuse-soic8-modifikaciya-1 I am happy with everything.
In addition to the lack of support 59C11 in PonyProg
